-What is a graded product?
A graded product is is not second hand, it has never been used.
A product can be graded for a few reasons. The item may have been sent back to the manufacture due to a missing part and now is complete. The goods may have been unwanted by a retailer because it was on display or they had been overstocked. Another reason could be that the packaging or product may have a slight mark or scuff on it. The most important fact is that item is not second hand and has never been used and this is how you receive it. If this is an area of concern to you, various graded merchandise can have their guarantee upgraded for a fee to show that we have full confidence in the products performance.
-What are refurbished products?
These items have been fully tested by the manufacturers allocated service centre and carry full guarantees. Refurbished products have been returned because of a defective component or because products were returned for a refund.
Returned products such as these are then fully repaired, reconfigured, and tested. They are in 100% working condition and their packaging has been fully checked. As these refurbished products have been unpacked and repaired or tested, they may however exhibit some minor cosmetic imperfection.
