The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on MustHaveIt.com. Using this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Placing an order indicates your acceptance and the terms listed are subject to change at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Ordering
Please note that any orders placed with us are subject to acceptance in accordance with our terms and conditions herewith listed. All orders placed on our web site will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail, and all telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order. Please note that electronic and verbal acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and us will take place upon our despatch of your goods.
Delivery:
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges.
Delivery will be made to your doorstep via a suitable method. Delivery will be made through one of our approved contractors anytime Monday to Friday 9AM to 5.30PM. Delivery charges are subject to the area you live in. If you are in a more expensive area you will be contacted about any additional charges. Advised delivery is 3 - 4 working days but please allow 14 days. Karcher product may take up to 5 working days as come from the manufacturer directly. Please be aware Flamrite fires can take upto 14 business days for delivery.
Parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland may have an additional charge of £10.
Postcodes affected are; AB31 to 38, AB40 to 56, IV1 to 28, IV30 to 32, IV36 & 40, IV 52 to 54, IV63, KW1 to 14, PA21 to 38, PH4 to 41, PH49 to 50 & Northern Ireland BT.
Scottish and Channel Islands have an additional charge of £15.
Postcodes affected are; HS, IV41 to 49, IV51, 55, & 56, KA27 & 28, KW15 to 17, PA20, PA41 to 49, PA 60 to 78, PH42 to 44, ZE, Isle of Man, Channel islands.
Republic of Ireland has an additional charge of £20
In the event of an item being lost in transit Must Have Ltd are fully covered and a new item can be dispatched to you once confirmed lost. Please be aware that we do have tracking details for each product sent out but we do not individually monitor each delivery. This information can be provided on request from the customer.
Stock availability is subject to change, but you will be notified prior to delivery so please provide your email address when ordering and telephone number. We cannot always guarantee the delivery day but we will do our utmost to keep to the day reserved. In all cases the carrier will leave a card with relevant details. Please contact them direct to rearrange a convenient delivery time. A signature is required in all cases and must be signed for as "checked". Any parcels received damaged should be noted on the carriers paperwork as "damaged", and if the contents are found to be faulty or damaged contact us by email to arrange a replacement. Please do not sign for damaged goods. Refuse to sign and contact Must Have Ltd immediately.
Saturday deliveries can be arranged at a further charge of £25 please indicate this on your order.
Price:
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include all taxes at current rates.
Payments:
Payments are accepted on Paypal & most major credit or debit cards via our secure server. Cheques can also be accepted and should be payable to Must Have Ltd.
Invoice:
All goods are supplied with a full invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT and delivery.
Product descriptions:
Most items featured on our web site are in stock. The description and features outlined are as provided by the manufacturers. While every care is taken to faithfully reproduce all such descriptions and images, errors may occur. If your are in any doubt about the item you wish to purchase we recommend you email us for more detail.
Availability of Goods:
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime. Items in stock will be delivered 24 hours after clearance (i.e. 3 working days), for items not in stock you will be contacted by email with a delivery date normally within 14 days. Credit cards are charged at the time of order, should there be a delay of more than 14 days then the option to: a) wait b) select a different product, or c) a full refund will be offered.
If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Guarantee:
All items are guaranteed and are as per the item description, the length of the warranty for each products varies with each different products or as otherwise indicated on the manufacturers warranty. Please check each seperate product for warranty duration. All goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect their statutory rights.
This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered. The full cost of the service call will be charged to your credit card account if our engineers find no mechanical or electrical fault with your product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Refunds Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery. You must notify us by email of your intention to cancel within 7 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
Television stands must not have been opened from their original packaging.
Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
We are unable to accept returns of the following items: Opened Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, Minidiscs, games and software, the goods were a special order to the customer's specification, products with contract services that have been connected (i.e mobiles).
Refunds :
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
-- Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
-- Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price - less delivery charges and cost of accessories as listed below.
-- Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Please note:
You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Defective Goods:
If you believe the item you have purchased from ourselves is defective please email us so that we can advise you on the best course of action. If it is found to be customer misuse a normal service charge will apply. If the item is found to be at fault within 7 days of purchase Must Have Ltd will collect and either repair or replace it. After 7 days customers will be advised to return the item to Must Have Ltd at your expense. All returns must be sent back in original packaging. Return numbers issued by Must Have Ltd are only valid for 14 days.
Non Faulty goods returned as faulty:
Any items returned as faulty that are found to be working will not be returned to the customer until sufficient redelivery charges are paid. There will also be a no-fault found fee of £25 also to be paid prior to despatch.
Claims in respect of incomplete or incorrect supplies or of goods damaged in transit must be notified to the CARRIER or SELLER as soon as possible and in any event not later than 1 day after receipt of the goods at the place of desination. Any damaged goods on delivery should be signed for as such.
Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Other
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
Card payments:
Please note: Payment by credit cards incurr a surcharge of 2%. Debit cards have no surcharge.
